Wifi is very slow. The reservation restaurant can’t access to the website. We stayed 4 nights but only can book our last night reservations at 9pm (only that available time on their app). We went to the reception asked to helping for another the reservation restaurant and told her the reason why we can’t book. The lady on the reception said the price all inclusive we paid for ONLY ROOM and BUFFET (I still have the proof what she said). I am wondering what mean “ALL INCLUSIVE”. After met the manager Maria, she said the policy resort “ALl INCLUSIVE” included for room, buffet and 1 compliment restaurant. Even though she helped us to book another reservations, honestly I am very disappointed and not happy at all. We traveled 5-8 times to Cancun every year and stayed a lot of different resorts in Cancun but only this resort got that issue.

Room was filty, had to get it change. Food was bad. Buffet nevr changed. Same rotten food, breakfast, lunch and dinner The two restaurants you were always told was booked, but we gt in twice and couldn't belive the number of " EMPTY TABLED" ONE POOL BAR DOESN'T OPEN TILL 11 AM ONE INSIDE BAR, BUT ALWAYS LACKING A BARTENDER. YOU COULDN'T PAY ME TO STAY HERE A AGAIN!!

outside facilities were very well maintained the hotel offered various entertainment options for kids and adults throughout the day the beach was cleaned up well taken care of compared to other hotels around the buffet had variety of options the on site restaurants had finer dining however it was difficult to get reservations especially for larger groups there was very easy access to book off site trips for those interested staff was courteous and friendly

Do not book this resort!!! The food was nasty, the tv speaker did not worked for the entire 6 days we were there, the resort runs a membership scam forcing you to participate in a 90mins long presentation then demanding you sign up and pay 10,000 usd and then had an attitude when we refused. The hotel is run down with little to no maintenance, the hot & cold water does not function properly and the staff pretends to not know English when you make any complaint. Don’t waste your money booking here the food is so nasty it made me sick and I had to buy food for my entire trip.

Food could be better. Most of the hotel looks nice enough but a lot of the inside like the reception, restrooms, restaurant is outdated. Price was ok but was expecting the indoors to match the quality of the pool area and beach. I would not stay again but it was good enough for the location and price.

Food was soooooo bad. There is quality a d food doesn't have good taste. Floors are slippery. I saw many people falling. App doesn't work. The goid thing about this place is that waitres are nice and friendly. The clean in the rooms are amazing. Shows are nit appropriate for kids. This is not my first time in cancun but it is the worst hotel.
