Wifi is very slow. The reservation restaurant can’t access to the website. We stayed 4 nights but only can book our last night reservations at 9pm (only that available time on their app).
We went to the reception asked to helping for another the reservation restaurant and told her the reason why we can’t book. The lady on the reception said the price all inclusive we paid for ONLY ROOM and BUFFET (I still have the proof what she said). I am wondering what mean “ALL INCLUSIVE”.
After met the manager Maria, she said the policy resort “ALl INCLUSIVE” included for room, buffet and 1 compliment restaurant. Even though she helped us to book another reservations, honestly I am very disappointed and not happy at all.
We traveled 5-8 times to Cancun every year and stayed a lot of different resorts in Cancun but only this resort got that issue.
