When we first arrived at the hotel we were told that room that I booked does not excist ( I paid extra one room with two queen and one with one kind) and I paid extra for that. According to them they don’t have those rooms on the property. So why charge people extra if u don’t have it. Came to the room, the sink in the Bathroom was overflowing with water, the fan did not excist in the bathroom, the shower head lack was broken ( used a hair tie to hold it down ) the remote was broken in the back where the batteries go. The food variety was horrible. There was sometimes nothing to eat because it was not good. I have been at this resort couple different times before and we liked it, so that’s why we went with this one again but they have changed a lot . ( in a bad way) I went downstairs at the front desk about all these concerns especially the one that i booked thst room. They didn’t do anything about. I mean they could of done something . Changed our room for something else or something. But we got nothing . Would not recommend this place for no one

so we seen some roaches at las fuentes restaurant in the ceiling going to in and told one of the staff about and told us it was normal?? me and my wife just looked at each other and was astonished about his answer. in a hotel business client health is priority and from the looks of it they have no counter measures for pest control. i will not be returning to this hotel unless you want to get sick.

This was our 3rd family vacation to one of the property they have, it was a bad experience from the start the staff is very rude you wait for long time for somebody to come and greet you, we went there again because we have always had a great experience the staff was friendly and the food was great but they had a staff change and let go off all the older people that had work there for years and hired people that dont even smile and don't know what customer service is all about. I WILL ADVISE TO CHOOSE A BETTER PLACE IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEADICS.

Room was dirty upon check-in, open soda in fridge from previous guest, some employees were rude and over looked us when asking for food or drinks, did not want to give us water bottles and never changed water filling station filters, resort is outdated and not cleaned or maintained properly, food was good. Our experience at this location was not pleasant. They have many restaurants on the property but it is impossible to get any reservations, leaving the buffet the only dining option the whole time we were there, the staff are not friendly. One of the days there was no water in the whole building for hours, no showers, no toilets. Unsanitary conditions for hours, management did nothing to accommodate us or make our experience more pleasant. Will not recommend this property.

The ocean is not clean and the sand on the beach could also be cleaned better. The air conditioner in the room worked very poorly! The ticket stated all charges and taxes were included but in the end I had to pay additional taxes. All the dishes were scratched and not always clean. During the meal they came up to me and asked which room I was from, making me feel like a fraud! The service of personal could be a little better!

Clean property and friendly staff. Food was fine, there was food all day long. Nice pools, but the lounges were placed almost on one another, too close. Not even a step apart. On the beach, there were not enough umbrellas. The pictures on Expedia.com display a lot more shade on the beach. Expedia, or the property should update the images. Also, we were supposed to have a free bottle of water per person daily, but couple of days no water was left in the room. Overall, we still had good vacation.

Everything was exceptional. Antonia in the pool area was The best took care of us, bringing us drinks and always assisting us with anything. In the breakfast area we didn’t have much luck, the waiters we have weren’t so attentive as the first day we got there.

The hotel was clean but we had to ask to be moved to another room because it smelled terrible. After that, the second room was okay. Food was good. Breakfast was great. Service was great as well. It’s a good little place for families not if you are going w your boyfriend or husband alone because there’s too many kids around.

property had major property pipe broke. No water from 3pm to 6pm on July 6. electricity (went off) failed 4 times on July 7. Property manager was not helpful on modifying my reservation ; I reached since 1 week ago. The hotel did not want modify or refund me even though, My mother drove Hotel property last week (7 days prior) and I contact them since July 2nd). The Hotel applied their policy on their favor, not to help the customer.
