Staff was fantastic! Dinner at DaVinchi was great! Lobby bar crew was the best. Got to try all there favorite mix drink mix. Room was great and everything was kept stock for drinks and cleaning was great. Only thing that was a dislike, a lot of pool side food say they open till a specific time, but we got denied multiple times 15 mins before the close. Also one night after the Club, hotdog/burger guy said they closed already but it was 15 mins before 1am. He had plenty of burgers and hotdogs precooked and we are closed. We said okay, didn’t complained and stared walking towards the hotel and the security stopped us and said, if you tip the cook, he will cook for you fast. I was going to tip regardless, but sad and disappointed they had to ask for a tip to cook when they didn’t close till 1pm and it was only 12:45

Overall, it’s a great hotel. Staff is friendly and most staff speak English so it’s helpful for non Spanish speakers. They work with an agency for transportation and excursions so it makes it extremely convenient and safe. I would like more food options when it comes to dinning, specifically in the buffet. They did have an omelette station for breakfast but I did miss some of the staple breakfast items. Dinners also looked the same almost every night. More options would be key here. Most all inclusive hotels I’ve visited in the past also have a soft serve ice cream machine, and I didn’t see one here. They did have ice cream but you just had to ask for it. They had a Taco, sushi, and grill options for lunch and that was awesome. Room comes with a mini fridge stocked with soft drinks and alcohol options. House keeping was also great. Like I said overall great resort.
