Beach was beautiful. Staff were extremely friendly. Food was what you expect from a mid- level all inclusive. The biggest issue was the overwhelming smell of must and mold in the hallways and rooms.

Stayed for 6 days with husband, son and a group of friends. Overall it was great, we had a good time. Staff most of the time was super nice, a few hosts were not super. Eg- one day I saw friends seating at the entrance of the buffet and there was no host, we started talking and the host came complaining I had to wait to be seated. I apologized immediately but she continued saying for a few minutes I cannot enter without checking in etc. The other time I was at the beach and tried to have lunch at the restaurant but as I was wearing a one piece swim suit she had me waiting outside until my husband found me a towel - the restaurant was right at the beach. I’m 6 months pregnant and it was pretty hot and still waited outside for ~10min. But overall facilities and staff were nice and friendly. If I had to suggest something to improve was to have a buffet option for lunch. Would say 7/10 and would come back.

best place to stay in Cancun , completely remodeled and best services very professional.you will not regret coming here we stay in Cancun twice a year for many years and this place by far its best we have stayed in. 5 star ! Whom ever manages that place is doing an amazing job and the company that remodeled it did an amazing job ! Must be american company !

Not a great hotel experience for me. All inclusive but not much to eat and was more like school dinners. No ice cream anywhere in hotel, no fresh juice, only squash or highly watered concentrate. Very limited snacks, only small selection of cakes in a small limited coffee shop, I would have liked to see a snack bar/ice cream shop similar to the Wyndham Altra. Portion sizes are tiny, I was served a burger with just 5 fries and a portion of chicken wings was only 3 small wings. Meals smaller than a kids meal in McDonalds! Buffet restaurant is okay at best. There is a steak house but the sirloin is very thin, the “Baseball” cut was chewy, pork ribs were baby ribs and only 4 of them. The nice cuts of steak are $80 even if you are on an all inclusive package. Pool side chairs/beds were reserved with towels at 6am. There are signs saying chairs not attended within 30 mins will be cleared, but this is never enforced, so unless you also break the rules you won’t get a sun bed. Concierge staff unhelpful, only interested in sales. I asked 3 different staff about the El Ray archeology site, all confirmed it was open, but it was closed for renovation, and had been for some time. I was completely mis-sold a tour to Isla Mujeres that I was told met all my requirements when in fact it didn’t meet any and was entirely inappropriate for me. I enjoyed my holiday, despite the hotel, but I spent most of it on day trips due to limited activities/quality on site.

Pros: Great service, beautiful well maintained beach and pools. Good drinks and clean rooms also. Felt very safe. Cons: the food is just OK. The a la carte options are no better. It was edible but my husband and I were craving something with actual flavour by the last day. We like good food whilst on vacation so this was big for us. No shuttle.

Pools and ocean were great. Easy access to all of them. Only complaint it was hard to find a chair to layout in by the pools. They were all taken by 8:30 am. The quality of food and cleanliness were lacking this year, especially the elevators! They were gross! We’ve been coming here for the last six years, hopefully things will be improved by next year!

Great resort! The only thing that would have made it better was being able to eat wherever you would like for lunch. You have to sit down in one of the restaurants and can’t be served pool side.
