Housekeeping do a very good job maintaining room. Front office staff is friendly. Beds are comfortable and AC worked well. The refrigerator needs to be replaced, it wasn’t that cool. Just be aware that this is a busy motel. Lots of commotion at night and during the day.

The staff was very accommodating to our needs when we found out there was an issue with our reservations before we even left for our trip. Upon arrival the staff was very helpful and accommodating assuring everyone was taken care of. Thank you so much!! You truly were a lifesaver.

The door wouldn't open properly and had to be slammed to shut. There were roaches in the bathroom area. The flooring was uneven and caused me to trip. The tv remote batteries didn't work so they gave me used ones from a personal remote. The remote also didn't work properly, like the power button

When I arrived they didnt have my room and "Upgraded" me to a "Queen" (which was really a full size) from a king, then refused to allow me to get my refund because " I walked away from their upgrade" so how is a smaller room a upgrade? And why am i liable for that when they had 3 weeks to warn me they wouldnt keep the room for me? And on top of that the room had waterstains climbing a foot up the wall in room 121. So still waiting on the rest of my $70. Its worth $20 to stay across the street if youre reading this. Youll get good breakfast and better customer service and above all a safer room. Wish i took photos but i was just planning to leave and get a refund. Btw they approved it to my face, but when Expedia called they denied and blamed me. There where i got the quote

The property is just bare bones, no breakfast, no lotion, just a very basic, no frills hotel which had stains on the blankets. I did not think Rodeway Inn was so bare bones, I won't stay there again.

Rooms need deep clean

Lately room are very dusty and dirty, towels are awful the rooms in general are super dirty they need like a deep clean. Lady at the desk was very friendly it just the rooms, maybe they change staff or something is going on
