One of the best hotels I have been at! The staff is very friendly and are willing to assist you during your stay. The breakfast was really good and the views from the roof top pool are amazing! It is at a very good location. We walked everywhere. We did not need to use a uber or taxi. I would recommend to stay here.

We had a great time at GHL Arsenal. The staff was amazingly pleasant. The restaurant in the hotel served fresh and tasty food. The location was perfect. It is just between Getsemaní and Centro. I can’t wait to go back.

Love my stay well located area near centric historical walking distance across the muelle n in the back opposite side getsamani town Alfonso n staff The guys on rooftop are the best host there so kind ,attentive friendly As a female solo travel, they made my birthday stay be on of the best one!!! They even sang happy bday for breakfast with a pastry ,Please don't look no further book here!!! Hasta luego Cartagena I sure will back staying here again!!

This hotel was excellent! Grounds are clean and nicely decorated, and the room was always kept clean and was very spacious. The service was my favorite part, everyone was so kind and genuinely helpful and it felt like they cared about my stay. That always goes a long way. The pool and rooftops were great amenities. I was a solo female and always felt safe.
