Acceptable in most regards but their breakfast buffet was awful! The worst we’ve seen since Covid! Almost no protein offered, nasty egg whites only. Staff was trying hard but completely understaffed and overwhelmed. The refrigerator in our room had not been cleaned out.

We could not check in for 40 minutes after 3. Room wasn't ready at all. Maid banged at our door at 930 and 10 to see if we were done. Key card went dead at 10. Checkout was 11. And we left our bathing suits on the back of the door and called an hour later and the front desk said the only way to deal with it is to get a text feom the maid. Well our 2 brand new swimsuits are gone now! 200 dollars later and we will never be back!

6/3pm Receptionist acted nice, attended to two customers ahead of me, even answered a call to put on hold to complete the service for the two people in front of me, but as I walked up put me on pause to answer a call and continue to help the phone call looking for unposted job openings. This continued for several minutes with bad connection or bad communication due to language barrier while there was a customer in person waiting. Customer service should always be in-person, phone call, email in that order and she clearly failed on that front. I did not say anything to her but was irritated when she finally got off the call by hanging up abruptly because she either couldn't hear them anymore or was already hung up on. Received our room and there was clearly smoke from recent cigarettes and had to exchange due to son's asthma. My wife approached and the receptionist made a snide remark of how rude husbands get their wives to be nice when they need something. Very unprofessional.

The hotel was dirty, our toilet was clogged but they were kind enough to bring me a plunger to fix it myself, the shower went from warm to freezing cold then scalding hot without a touch of the knob, food from the previous people was still in the fridge, and garbage was left under the beds. We would have gone somewhere else but unfortunately everything else was booked. Needless to say we won’t be staying at a Ramada again.

The property was convenient to the Freeway but still quiet. Breakfast was included. Pets are allowed for a fee but I am allergic to cats and dogs, so I was afraid of having symptoms. But room was cleaned sufficiently enough that I didn’t notice any symptoms. I will stay again if in the area.
