We were well greeted arriving at 2AM and tired the lady at the desk was very nice and even offered my granddaughter cookies that she had just baked it really put a smile on her after 9 hours in the car. Thanks again for this lady she still mentions her good cookies.

A friend and I booked separate rooms for a 2-night stay to visit Charleston. The hotel was right over the bridge, close to everything. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast and coffee were great. The area was nice with great dining options close by. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again when visiting Charleston.

It was a handicap room but the shampoo and conditioner required a substantial squeeze to get the product out. Hotel might want to consider a different way to dispense these products.

At checking the front desk person was not friendly as if I was an inconvenience. When our room was cleaned the maid took the dirty towels but did not take the dirty wash clothes. She also did not leave clean towels for us to use. As we came in late we could not take showers since we didn’t have towels to dry with. The breakfast was great. Food was good and choice was awesome. The lady who worked Wednesday and Thursday morning was super nice. Never saw who worked on Friday am.
