This hotel was amazing, we absolutely loved the pool and the food at Eliza’s was delicious, we only ate lunch and had wings and fries but it was really good, the pool was nice and relaxing and they provided pool towels for you, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the beds were very comfortable as well. It was in a perfect location just about 8-10 minutes from downtown Charleston and only a few minutes to shops, restaurants and gas stations.

Front desk staff were very nice! We couldn’t find the manager when we tried switching rooms. I understand that this is a boutique hotel but our room and a bathroom was extremely small!! Maybe it would be ok for one person but for a family of 3 no way!! I feel like staff did an amazing job keeping everything clean. Interior definitely needs some work, and toilet with bathtub had a lot of dints and scratches. The main door had a huge opening underneath (had to use a towel to block out the noise) FYI if you want to get some sleep…. Yeah that’s not gonna happen!! The walls are not soundproof and you will definitely hear people in the hallway.

I will never stay in a Indio Hotel again. Mt. Pleasant was our second try. The plus is the room was very clean as well as the public areas. The negatives the room was VERY SMALL, the closet hanging space was about 10”, the bath/shower was very narrow, the toilet was an old 3 gallon tank and the height of the toilet might have been 25” from the floor, we are healthy 70 yr. Olds and had to hold onto the sink counter to get up, there was only one plug in the bath and only the bottom one worked. IGH thinks a great deal of their properties but they need to visit their competitors and then set their price.

This hotel is a MUST when staying in the Mt. Pleasant area. The common areas are impressive with the ambiance of a beautiful resort. The pool is spotless and the restaurant has a nice variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner options that did not disappoint. The employees were extremely accommodating and pleasant throughout our stay and were always working hard to maintain this beautiful hotel. The hotel is perfectly located for all of the main attractions of the Charleston area!

Our room was clean and refreshed every day. The outdoor area is the biggest selling point, we loved the outdoor bar and cornhole area. I did notice some of the outlets in our room were a little wonky and the bathroom fan was broken.
