We had to request room change upon checking in because of noise and the smell of weed in the hallways We did not feel safe. There was a wall that was broken as if kicked. The hotel is very dated. There was no breakfast like other locations. Walls were not clean, coffee maker broken.

The property is well maintained and clean. I have trouble giving 5 star reviews to hotels that don't have free coffee. The rates are reasonable and the rooms are nice, but even the area where you can buy food/coffee wasn't staffed. The staff is nice and helpful but I felt a little "nickel and dimed"

Nice experience. There is a sign in the parking lot to make sure your car is clear of any valuables… I'm assuming there's a reason for that. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Location is easy to find for someone who is traveling from out of town. After checkout, I kept getting notifications from the hotel chain under the wrong first and last name, though. So that was a bit concerning/strange. I hope Nikki also enjoyed her visit.

Our room didn’t have working TV but other than that everything was fine. We weren’t in our rooms enough to use it. Property was clean and staff were kind. A lot of food options throughout the day. The hotel is about 15 minutes from uptown and about 10 minutes from 85. I’ve stayed here before when it was under a different name and not much has changed since the switch. Still a clean place to stay.
