The electricity was difficult to use. A lot of sockets and lamps in the room didn’t work on demand. The key fob for access to the room, the rooms electricity, the pool, and the gym didn’t work most of the time. The gym floor was wet and the pool only goes to 4 ft.

Excellent location and staff. We ran into a couple of things: the cleaning staff should be more attentive to things left in the room after cleaning and we were relocated in the middle of the night bc the AC unit didn’t work. If they can improve these issues, it would be a nice place.

Most beautiful holiday Inn I have stayed in. This place is very close to ORD terminal 5 and have great stores nearby for a quick essential items run like Target or Starbucks to Taco Bell amazing location.

Excellent stay and clean. Breakfast was good. Only drawbacks were the USB outlets in the room had like fallen into the wall and were unusable, so I was unable to charge my watch and only one device at a time. The hotel does not have a shuttle to the airport, which is a bit odd. However, its walkable to the RCC if you are using the CTA Train. They also charge $20.00 per day for parking, so since I did not rent a car I didn't have an issue. However if I had a vehicle, that would actually be the reason in why I would not stay here-I got a great price but the parking would push it to the price of higher-end options. Without a vehicle, if you are using the Light Rail or Metra to get around the city, this hotel is great and an excellent value-Will stay here again if I have the same arrangement.
