The hotel is getting a little run down. Some sections are better than others. This time we were in the west wing and it was showing some age. Not as bad as the main hotel though. It is time for renovations. The pools are really the draw to this hotel. My children love them and keep wanting to comeback. I wish they would upgrade the mattresses.

Nice thermal pools. Enjoyed the Copper room for dining with the live music. Two large pools were closed off during our stay, would love to have enjoyed them as well.
