Place was like new. Shocked to learn it was built in 2010 - well maintained. Continental Breakfast was was good, especially the coffee. Bed was comfy. Well priced. Few wall hooks would have been nice

The air quality in the room was poor, I didn't sleep as I was totally stuffed up. The cleaning staff entered the room prior to 8:00 am. the apologized so not the biggest deal. Because of the poor nights sleep, we were running a little behind, checkout was at 11:00 at 2 min after 11:00 the front desk called and with no other conversation "Checkout was at 11:00 if your not out by 11:30 there will be an additional charge added to the room"... Fair enough, but someone needs to teach a little etiquette to the staff, perhaps

The staff and cleanliness were good but not all of them . But the shower device was one I have never seen before and took housekeeping the next day to come and show us how it works . No screens on windows . No paper plates , no butter packets . The soap was a tiny bar and shampoo and conditioner mix was barely adequate . Not well insulated . Child crying in the next room . I guess you get what you pay for . Thanks

Clean Room, accommodating and friendly staff. But I assumed the hotel room would have cable tv (planned on watching hockey after a long day on the River) and the provided tv had Roku only with rerun movies. The hotel must cater a lot to fisherman, as the most popular fishing river in BC is 5 minutes away, but the room failed to provide a proper closet or hooks for our wet fishing waders, wading boots and jackets. I paid extra for my son and I to have a roomier kitchen suite and prepare our own lunches and dinners, but sharing a single fork in the drawer just wasn’t acceptable. Please think of having proper utensils if people are paying for it, and think of how many fisherman stay with you, and try and set up rooms with additional hangers. And maybe go back to cable.
