Staff were very friendly and helpful. We came down for breakfast right as they were closing and they allowed us to get food. One staff memeber even made 2 waffles for my kids. The room was exactly what we needed. We would be happy to stay there again.

The air-conditioning unit blows cold air directly over the bed, no matter what setting it is on. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The only nice thing about the room was the tub/shower which had nice hot water and was very clean. Staff are friendly.

Very very disappointed with the service at the desk. Person at the desk when I arrived did not great. Worst customer service I have experienced in a hotel. The guy didn’t say thank-u just gave me my keys very rude person when I left I gave the keys he didn’t say a word. He shouldn’t be working there if he doesn’t like people

Staff was very courteous. The breakfast cook was great. The evening guy was excellent very good manners very courteous and on the spot. Cleaning staff was excellent on point ready to help always had a towel on the arm. I would recommend this place 100 over 100 I appreciate it my 4-day stay thank you all very much. We will come again.
