Disappointed that we were not aware that the hot tub was out of service or that the restaurant was not open on a Sunday. I know it said select days but would have been helpful to know that. The elevator was acting up on the morning we left. We had to ask for multiple shower things, i.e. towels, shampoo soap, etc

I am an extremely experienced traveler and spend roughly 200 nights per year in hotel rooms all around the planet for the past nearly 30 years. I rarely complain and am very much a choose your battles type of person. The staff was friendly enough, but this place was dirty, mold in the bathroom, terrible draft coming through the HVAC unit. The only reason we booked this room was for the jacuzzi which was broken. The pool was so gross looking I wouldn't let my dog swim in it. $20 per night for parking and the parking lot wasn't even plowed in the middle of a bad weather weekend. Ruined my dress shoes. My advice would be stay up the street at the comfort inn for 1/3 the price and five times the amenities and comforts. Don't fall for this place just for the Hilton name. This was the least Hilton Hilton property I've ever stayed at.
