did not get the room we booked. Manager was HORRIBLE and fixing the situation. Actually would not at all. Very Rude and UNPROFESSIONAL! Pillows are so old they are the size of a soccer ball. Queen beds are not. They are full size beds.

Blood on our sheets. Like you should have seen this while you were making the bed stains. Stains on the duvet, almost looks like pee spots. Curtains head stains the chair head stains the wall had splatters of soda on it. The bathroom clearly was not clean there were spots all over the floor in the bathroom. The carpet was extremely dirty. The hallway looked the same. The pool was decent. No towels. Waited for staff for 20 minutes to tell them about our sheets and gave up. Called Expedia to have them help us and no one came up still. I would never stay at a Hilton again. This is the second time that we've got a dirty room in a different city.

Staff was not friendly. Had to have passenger go to front desk to have them lift gate so we could leave. No restaurant and breakfast was not worth the money. Air didn’t cool room enough. Place is really old and it shows. Should close and remodel. Also, windows were dirty and need to be cleaned so you can see out of them.

I kiked that we was close to the ballpark. The window blinds was no existant. If you can sleep with lights in your eyes at night, no problem. The shower was a pan like you would put in the back of your suv to stop spills. Dont fall for the $18 dollar all you can eat vreakfast buffet. HORRIBLE! Really just a rundown property.
