Myself and my Husband stayed here one night, the front desk staff was Uber nice. The hotel lobby was decently clean until we went into our room. Our room looked it dingy, our towels were literally half cleaned, wad of blonde hair lent on the towels and I black hair and his hair is brown, the tub was absolutely gross it had old dried up cleaner all in it, bathroom door had legit BUTT print on the door from someone, the bed was old and had body indents on it, the tvs don’t go pass volume 19, and lastly they have a hot tub that’s only hot no BUBBLES. I’ve never been so disgusted in my life.

Hotels.Com- issues again with fixing problems

Paid in advance through Hotels.com but had to pay again at the hotel because of error at Hotels.com. It took 8 tries to navigate the Hotels.Com/Expedia phone system to get a person. IExpedia messed up some rental care reservations last year and frankly when Expedia messes up its hard to get them to fix it. So I'm just going straight to the hotel now. If Expedia/ Hotels.Com wants to be a travel agent then you have to put some effort into making it easy to fix travel issues. I'm no longer doing business with Expedia/Hotels.com. Not worth the hassel for marginal to non existent savings.

The hot tub didn’t work,timer ran but no bubbles see picture. Taped up door leading to pool was ghetto. The tub foundation was unstable and creaky felt like you were falling through. The elevator barely worked and shook while riding. Staff was nice and welcoming

Our room was dirty…. Hair in tub, counter and toilet. Trash left in bathroom can. We notified the staff and they directed us to the manager who never came to talk to us. Just relayed info to staff then to us. No offer for new room. Upon check out they gave us 2500 points for late use. Turns out that equates to $25. Talk about a slap in the face.
