All the staff were very friendly and courteous. The property is very tired. The carpet in the hallways is in dire need of cleaning or replacing. Stepping into the room you are transported back to the early 90s. The room was clean but very dated. This property cries out for renovation.

We stayed here for two nights and had a great experience overall. The staff was very attentive and friendly. While the hotel itself is a bit outdated and one of the elevators was out of service, the suites are well maintained, nicely renovated, and very clean. No complaints about cleanliness or comfort — I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Cleveland!

Did not get room promised , did not have sofa bed as promised which it had last year , replaced with double bed witch also meant no coffee table with chairs also , no follow up on complaint except some company preferred it that way for their workers staying there , also told because of third party reservation thru Expedia could not compensate

The property was surrounded by homeless people and people out side getting drunk . The front desk person was the best thing about the place. She was very courteous and quick. The room looked clean at first glance….. I didn’t turn more than 1 light on because it wreaked of bug spray like someone had doused the room in it. I was afraid to sit on the bed for fear of bugs or bed bugs. So needless to say , I left . They refused a refund . I would not stay here if YOU payed ME! I went to Hilton Garden Inn which was only $20 more and slept wonderfully

Issues

The room was clean but had a very bad odor. I was lucky enough to be 5 minutes from a walmart so I bought deodorizing spray and it helped me get through the night. It was an overwhelming aroma and I only stay a night so I bore through it. The staff was good. They allowed me in the room early but they weren't always at the desk. The bed was comfortable.
