Room not clean bathroom not clean. Dead cockroach squashed on the wall behind the room door. Sheets were clean but the floors were gross. Holes in walls in the bathroom plugged with toilet paper! Just gross overall even though the decor seememd new. Grime in every corner of the floor. Bathroom falling apart! Deplorable. Loud guests at 6 am with their door wide open into the pool inner courtyard woke me up. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We did not stay we didn’t feel safe, there was so much water around the whole facility it was crazy! The shower was dirty. We ended up getting a refund and leaving .

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, but building itself is a dump. We certainly weren’t expecting the Ritz for the relatively low price, but chipped paint, rusty shower heads, and cargo containers sitting out front were still a bit of a shock. If you’re just looking for a clean bed to sleep in after a long day of activities in the Orlando area, this will do the trick, but if you’re looking to spend any more time than necessary relaxing at your hotel, I’d suggest you look elsewhere.

Provide a better breakfast. Fix the lavatory faucet to get more hot water. Provide rods for the window curtains. Repair potholes in parking lot. Pillow gave me stiff neck. Drain odor is bathroom- likely a dry ptrap.

While the room itself was clean and nice, the overall conditions of the property is kind of sketchy. I was here on business and just needed a place to sleep for a few hrs. The morning breakfast is pretty good and the desk staff is helpful and friendly but the overall condition needs work. I personally won’t stay here again because I believe the competitor may be more expensive, I believe it’s worth the extra money
