The first room they did not even change the sheets they just made them and the toilet seat was completely ripped off. There was food smashed into the carpet. We got changed to another room. The second room was a little cleaner, but had bugs everywhere. The breakfast that was included was make your own waffle a piece of toast or some cereal.

I got there 30 mins early to avoid a crowd. There was a 30 dollar fee to check in early. The person at the front counter just left 30 mins prior to check and didn’t return until 3:00 exactly. The lobby was literally full of people with one person to check people in. I come to the Saint Louis areas 17 times a year. I will never use the hotel again. Wouldn’t take much to stand out in area.
