Phone in room didn’t work, front desk lady incredibly rude and uncooperative. Left a day early due to the rudeness of staff and run down condition of hotel. There was something pink and gross on the shower holder and shower was a nightmare to run. Embassy Suites has taken a big dive. Had to rebook my son into a different hotel due to ADA accommodations not being available despite asking THREE times about it. The hotel refused to work with Travelocity to remedy the problem, instead trying to make me pay for an ADDITIONAL ADA room that was available. Never again.

The manager Saturday morning was personable and shared with me about the pancake maker. It is innovative and fun. I appreciated that he took the time to talk with us. The room was clean and comfortable.
