8 minute walk to the ocean dune located on the ocean side of highway 12 with private pool, pool table, and hot tub available for Saturday to Saturday rentals in the summer. New refrigerator, stove, and quartz kitchen countertops in 2023! New mattresses in 2022. Maid service cleans to CDD standards.

The person who signs the contract must be 25 or older and must stay at the house for the duration of the contract.

The house is close to the ocean and located next to a lake with lake views. It's beautifully decorated, sleeps 14 people, is pet friendly, and is ready for your beach get-away.

Ocean Sands does not allow parking on the street so only park in the driveway in front of 755 Lakeshore Court. Also, no RV's or trailers allowed.
No grills may be used on any deck as directed by law. The grill must be cleaned to ensure no reduction of security deposit.
