Rooms need to be updated. My room door looks like someone has tried to break into the room. It was difficult to use the deadbolt. There is limited space for the toilet, which is squeezed between the wall and sink. Lightbulb didn’t work on desk lamp. Breakfast was good and extensive—just need some fruit.

Disappointing stay. The property is fairly run down and not kept up well. The pool was not working, very little available in the breakfast, fireplace and tv remotes did not work, painters tape still on the wall from last paint job, had to get breakfast at the grocery store, room was out of toilet paper, tissue, and coffee. Housekeeping would not give us room supplies and told us to go to the front desk. Front desk could not locate any supplies and said they would bring it to our room but never received anything. Had to go buy our own toilet paper. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable.

Located right off the highway right inside the city of Cortez, the pool areas were no accessible and there is no soda machine , you must purchase soda at the counter for $2 each, breakfast runs out quickly but the property is clean and the staff is friendly
