Amazing resort hotel! Staff are kind and always ready to help… the rooms are clean and massive, comfortable beds and sofas, wifi is free everywhere in the resort, food is top notch! I will be coming back with my family.

The rooms were lovely, but the whole property needs a good water blast. Breakfast seemed to never be fresh and the blasting aircon was needed but surely there is an alternative to air blowing on your table. A basic place to stay with a decent pool for young kids - excellent service at the front desk and door. The massage and facial was terrible and the lady needed training, I could have got better in Hoi an on a side street. Whole thing just needs a "face lift".

Beds and linen were lovely. Cleaning staff in rooms did a terrific job. I came here to be in Vietnam and this property doesn’t offer that. Big pool, well maintained. Everyone is making an effort but it’s a huge property and it lacks an atmosphere. It’s the little things. Like charging for pool toys, breakfast in a massive space with no view. It’s an isolated location and down the road is this amazing Anh Bang Beach with a vibe to draw from but we were constantly spoken to in English not even a Vietnamese Thankyou. It’s a hard property to spend time in after being in Ancient Town but if you want a ‘western’ style experience and a big pool and a really comfortable bed then it’s terrific.

We had an excellent stay at The Pearl Hoi An! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. To our surprise, we were even upgraded to a spacious beach view apartment, which made our stay even more memorable. The room was modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The facilities are top-notch, and the atmosphere is both peaceful and luxurious. We especially loved the attention to detail and the warm hospitality that made the whole experience feel so special. We would absolutely recommend The Pearl Hoi An to anyone visiting the area and can’t wait to return!

What I liked The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable with good storage, a free weekly-replenished minibar, and British plug sockets with USB ports in convenient places. Beds were excellent for a good night’s sleep, and daily housekeeping was always to a high standard. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I also really appreciated the complimentary laundry service – six items per room per day – which is something I’ve not come across before on a two-week stay and it made a big difference. Transport was straightforward: Grab taxis were cheap and reliable (around £3 for a 6-seater to the old town), and the walk to An Bang beach with its restaurants and bars was easy. ATMs were everywhere, and with the right card (I used TSB and Monzo) there were no extra charges, which worked far better than bringing too much cash. ⸻ What was unique The free daily laundry allowance was a real standout – it’s rare to find that in a hotel stay of this length and it added real convenience. Having British sockets already fitted was another unexpected bonus, removing the need for adapters. The combination of free minibar, high-quality room cleaning, and consistently comfortable beds made the whole experience very easy and stress-free.

An ok hotel. It could do with a refresh as my room had dirty marks across the walls and was I desperate need of some paint. The balcony railings were rusty and were too small to sit out on. The reception staff often struggle to communicate in English, meaning that things often needed to be explained over and over again. Mall doesn’t exist as it is numerous empty units. A bit hotel but it has no soul.

Very spacious and clean rooms (two bedroom family executive suite) with cleaners everyday along with 6 items of clothing available for washing free of charge every day. The pool was warm and spacious. The only downside was the bar which closed prior to the advertised 10pm on a number of occasions. Would recommend to any family visiting Hoi An.

This hotel is a great place to relax. Great pool. Breakfast has plenty of options. It is a ten minute drive to Hoi An old town. The staff are friendly and helpful. Perfect for families.

Pool is awesome great for kids. The buffet breakfast was great but no aircon and very boring atmosphere. Staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Enjoyed our stay

Overall experience was not great. Lack of communication and information from staff was very poor. Housekeeping staff were good. Room we booked was a premium ocean view. Hardly could see the ocean from our room was actually looking over the resort. Very misleading. Overall disappointed with our stay

The only thing what was 4 star was the front deck staff and security and door men the rest of the resort was tried in need of a upgrade nothing like the brochure the mall was deserted and abandoned the hotel restaurant was over priced Aussie tourists beware spent 10 days there

Very hard to converse with Customer Service, Google translate had to be used. room was cleaned / tidied daily ...cups and glasses were washed and left on sink ( no new ones given) breakfast buffet was a nightmare ..yes it was included in the price however at least 300 people each morning in a huge hall with limited air-conditioning was not very pleasant, not to mention hands touching food and putting things back. You were lucky to find a table...if you did.. you had to walkthe length of the hall to get to the one food area. We had a two bedroom apartment with a balcony ..however only one person could stand on the balcony at one time...a lot of vacant shops within the hotel made it look dated and rundown. Pool was nice but you could never get a sun lounge as there was not enough for the amount of people staying at the resort. The pool bar was badly managed and we waited 45 minutes for two cocktails ...after approaching the staff for our order ...we received a very substandard cocktail .. that you could not taste the alcohol ..not enjoyable. Would not recommend.. and wouldn't stay again... After ten days there Idefinitely would not consider this hotel 5 star as its rating suggests. I would not stay here again.
