I think we just came at a bad time. Staff was helpful overall. Main reason we booked here was for the pool so we were disappointed when it was down because the water was green. The solution was to go across the bridge to the Embassy for their pool but that pool was always busy. There was only one working elevator so every morning the elevator would be stuffed trying to go to breakfast. Rooms were good and well kept. Our overall disappointment was with the condition of the hotel.

The hotel was nice overall. Nice area, close to where we needed to be. I think the only thing that wasn’t that great was the front desk staff. Not very helpful. We called the front desk a couple of times to ask some questions and they never answered. I walked down immediately after, there was someone sitting at the front desk…besides that everything was good.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool unfortunately not available to swim in, the beds were worn. The breakfast was yummy. There was a terrible odor coming from plumbing.

It was alright

The pool was out of order the whole time we were there. The elevator took a long time and only one was working. The service was great from the front desk. When i called the hotels customer sevice regarding our reservation, they were horrible and not helpful.
