Have used this hotel for over 20 years of course updates were done and the updates were nice. The staff that is working at the hotel now was very unprofessional. Check-in was extremely long due to the Employee lack of being able to multitask and the way he made each person wait. The only staff member that was professional was the lady when checking out. Of course it was a shock to myself and my husband for having to pay $15 to park in a parking lot that we’ve always parked in for over 25 years and it cost nothing no security no anything the same little paper that they always had to put in your window overnight prepaid for the room so the additional $100 for incidentals that got returned upon leaving was unexpected because that has never happened either we do realize things have changed in our economy. The water pressure in the rooms were very low hot water was very very scarce maybe warm at the most Only three towels for the whole entire stayof 3 nights had to go out and buy towels and we had a kitchenette room no utensils in the kitchen whatsoever asking for an explanation I was told upon request that I could get them because people steal them but if you book a room that is a kitchenette, you already know who’s going to be in the room you have the card on fileI should not have had to ask so I went out and bought our own. Decided we won’t use this hotel anymore. Quality has really deteriorated.
