I've stayed here before and this time was off. Long wait at cgeck in only 1 person working counter at 3pm 10 peoole waiting. Restaurant bartender was very nice young black lady. However when i went for breakfast Saturday theolser white woman WOULD NOT WAIT ON ME OR A PARTY OF 5 .WE BOTH LEFT AND TO IHOPS. SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND DIDN'T CARE IF WERE THERE OR NOT. PEOPLE COMPLAINED ALL WEEKEND. I had to use UBER Eats. Very disappointed

They did a great job for being short staffed! The general manager was amazing. Although we didn't get checked in on time (by 4 pm) because the room was not clean, she gave us a free breakfast. It was a great trip and a nice stay! I would definitely come back to stay again!

We arrived at our hotel and check in was great. The hotel is older and a bit rundown. We were given our keys, parking pass, and pool wristbands(we were told these had to be worn the entire stay), and I had to ask for our breakfast tickets. We went up to our room and were overwhelmed by the smell of cleaning products. Again, an ok room but older. Our patio door didn’t lock and a small reading light wouldn’t turn off the entire three days. We let the front desk know and they at least fixed the door so it would lock. Our second day we went to the pool. MANY people there without wristbands and a parent dropped off two younger children leaving them there alone(saw to upper management people nothing said) There is NO security to keep people from wandering in at any entrance or from the beach(not one exterior lock anywhere). They were fixing a gazebo and propped plywood against the side when a wind knocked the plywood over nearly hitting my daughter and grandson. We ate breakfast both mornings in the restaurant which was great. The waitress was amazing and food delicious. It was a set menu but many choices. Plus coffee, tea, and juices available. There was only one elevator working and two luggage carts which made things difficult. It rained one afternoon pretty hard and the lobby started to leak. Again, older and they seem to be trying but still far away to make this a nice place. There was lots of construction piles in both the parking lot and grassy area by the beach access.

This property is in shambles. It is unsanitary, short staffed, ABSOLUTELY NOT family friendly. There is garbage, a horrible pool area with broken chairs no towels the bar was not stocked a man smoking hookah another man smoking marijuana introducing himself as Tragic-the marketing manager ac unit falling off the wall body fluids on the furniture palmetto bugs and I could just keep going. It was AWFUL!

Most of it was very good. There was only one elevator that took forever and the restaurant definitely needs more help and better food options. That is the only two complaints I can really say. Staff and hotel was amazing and friendly.
