Our go to hotel in Deadwood

We choose the Super 8 bc of cost, the friendly staff, little casino with bar eats, and amazing Carmel and cinnamon rolls in the morning. Perfect place about 1 mile from Main. Easy 1 mile trail walk down to the action, or take the trolley that stops right in front of the hotel. Or a cab. The staff is always very friendly.

It was a SUPER stay!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Fantastic Stay! Our family had an amazing weekend at the Super 8 by Wyndham in Deadwood, SD! We stayed in the two-bedroom suite, which was perfect for my wife, our teenage son, and me—spacious, clean, and comfortable. The onsite casino added some fun for the adults, while the small pizza place was a great late-night snack option. The pool and hot tub were a perfect way to relax after exploring Deadwood. We also loved the free Foosball table, which kept our son entertained! The continental breakfast was better than expected—fresh and convenient for starting our day. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a comfortable, affordable, and fun place to stay in Deadwood, this is it! We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Perfect!

Wonderful place to stay. Heated pool, nice hot tub, wonderful back porch area to hang out in and a seperate fireplace out side to smoke cigars in. Casino was fun with free drinks while you play. Breakfast was simple but nice. Overall we will stay there every time we are in town

Comments mentioned of the pool being green so I called to verifiy and they said they cleaned it. Arrived, and they were right, pool was clean! I absolutely LOVED having a room by the creek and being able to open my window and listen to the little falls from the rocks. We played in the casino attached to the hotel several times a day. Got the free pizza while we played... Pizza was MEH, and salty. Staff making it, the casino ladies, and the hotel staff were all pleasant. We had to leave 1 day early because my hubby got called into work, so we had to drive the 8hrs home right away and was allowed to get refunded the 1 day. Thank you for such a wonderful New Years (eve) vacation!!! Even though it snowed, we enjoyed every bit of Deadwood.
