The toilet backed up and called front desk for help 30 minutes later no help went to office and was told had to wait at 45 minutes more I asked to change room and I needed to have a downstairs room cause couldn’t climb stairs was denied room eventually housekeeping showed up hour later desk receptionist showed no concerns when I asked to speak manager no number was given to me

The staff was awesome; friendly, and very professional. The room was infested with roaches which I had to kill each morning when lights were turned on. The shower temp was very cool several nights preventing me from taking a hot shower. The bed seemed and felt old and very cheap, as I could feel the springs while lying down. The HVAC unit was noisy and didn't seem to be efficient. There was even an open space at the bottom of the room's door that may have allowed spiders, roaches, etc. to enter and definitely allowed loss of AC/heat.
