Nice area and friendly staff.

We stayed for two weeks on business. They cleaned our room twice. The first time took us asking three times after the first week for them to clean it. We loved the laundry and gym on site and the coffee and breakfast buffet every day, although they seemed to run out of breakfast every day. Otherwise great location and fun place to live for a bit. The front desk staff was nice and friendly.

I got a queen double bed room… both beds had hair in the sheets and comforters. Asked for new ones which also had hair so they said they would do a deep clean of the room the next day. They did but both beds still had hair all over them. I had to go and buy sheets and ask for another blanket. Messaged on Expedia and got no resolution yet.

The property is on the worn side with updates/improvements needed. They had workers trying to access the room at 9:00am on a Sunday to do hvac maintenance instead of waiting for us to check out at 11:00 or scheduling it during the week to avoid higher occupancy.

Pleasant surprise

I accidentally booked my stay thinking I had booked at a different hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised. This hotel was very clean, the staff was excellent and there were more amenities for a better price than where I thought I had booked.

overall, very nice, clean hotel. However, the TV had a lousy picture and it was hard to navigate, no access to Netflix, etc. Wasn't a Smart TV. Also, the hot water took Way too long to come thru the faucet or the shower. ..like a couple of minutes long. A waste of water.
