Inadvertently I called the lady doing the check in, sir. I apologize for that, in my defense the check in was after a really long day and a very frustrating shuttle to the hotel experience. Despite me doing that the process was quick and she provided all the needed info.

Very Disappointing

The hotel is a remodeled hotel the remodel was done economically. Not what I would expect from Hilton. Reported heat/temp malfunction but was never corrected. Room was cleaned only once during our 5 night stay. Had to ask specifically to have it cleaned the time it was cleaned. Breakfast is below standards of any other hotel I’ve stayed before. Would not recommend. Will not stay there again.

There are a cluster of hotels in this area which makes it nice since there are a few restaurants within walking distance and a convenience store. It's also close to the airport but not too bad for a ride into downtown or the surrounding area for entertainment.
