My only complaints were that the door to the bathroom off the kitchen was too wide so it hit the toilet when you opened it and that the lady that was maintaining the breakfast space and breakfast food/beverages was kind of snippy to a few people when they asked her if there was more coffee and if the sausage was pork or not.

It took over 45 minutes just to get a worker to come to front desk to book me in even though i had a reservation. There was a issue with a customer apparently and lucky us got the room rught next to her. The cops were there the woman was screaming her head off all night not sure why she didnt get arrested but my family and myself got to listen to her scream all night. Thankfully she left the next day so we had one peaceful night atleast but the hotel could have done more to remove her premises it disrupted alot of people.

Room, lobby and hotel looked to have been updated in the last 5 years but hasn’t been kept up too well. The retractable room darkening shade was broken, the bathtub drain wouldn’t seal for a bath and the entrance door was pretty crooked. A woman with her kids was carrying an armful of towels and said the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned and there were no towels.

Room could have been cleaner, a lot of surfaces hadn't been wiped and debris was present. The staff however were kind, friendly, and seemed happy and were very helpful. The biggest downside was the aroma from marijuana in the hallways.

Loved the large room. Breakfast was very nice. E joyed the pool. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion were all empty in our room. The people next to us let their young children run the halls until 1 am and parents were having a party in the room next to us.

Won't stay again.

We reserved a King bed room. First attendant gave us a double Queen bed room. The room was still in the process of being cleaned when we got their. Went down to the desk to get what we reserved. The second attendant again gave us a double Queen bed room. Bathroom was dirty, dusty fan. Shower had weird brown stains in the tub. Toilet had what looked like bowel stain like it hadn't been cleaned that went away with flushing. Overall gross!

Unfortunately we weren’t there as long as I was hoping. So I don’t want to rate a whole lot, but pool was clean, they are upgrading, we didn’t eat breakfast, area safe and quiet. Room was very very spacious. I’ll stay again if up that way

Just ok

Michelle at the front desk was excellent and always made sure we have everything we need. On the downside, check in time was at 3pm, we arrived at 4pm and our rooms weren’t ready until about 4:45pm. That was frustrating travelling with young kids. The hotel is just ok, nothing fancy but good location especially if you plan on doing shopping.
