It was hard to find staff at the front desk. Then when someone did come up it took forever to get anything done. There were young adults running up and down our hallway and the hotel did nothing about it. Our t.v didnt work half the night. We called down to the front desk and they said we will be right up and look at it. No on ever came. So about an hour later we went down and asked agian. The new lady at the desk said idk mess with the cords. You get what you pay for the room was still over a 100 a night next time i will be paying extra for better staff and better rooms.

Front desk lady that checked me in was very nice. The curtains didn't close and the shade didnt block out the lights from the parking lot. The printer in the business center didnt work. Otherwise everything was good.

My experience was awful, it was dirty, the floor had a hole in it, the door did not lock. We even asked for a 2nd room, and it was also terrible. We did not feel safe and ended up leaving and going to another hotel. I would not recommend this hotel at all!

My room was extremely dirty and it didn’t look like the room I was staying in was fully done or is about to be vacant! It reeked of mildew! tv didn’t work in the living room and everything was dirty including the sheets! I never experienced anything like this from this hotel. I’m disappointed! But great customer service 😌

Overall decent stay, but some changes are needed.

The room itself was big and clean. Note: The hotel requires a credit card on file so they can charge $100 in case there are damages done by the occupants of the room. The fitness center's fitness equipment is out of date and does not work properly. The treadmill's speed/incline adjustments were out of order and a danger for those who cannot run fast. The speeds would randomly change from walking to running. The elliptical machine's buttons were not working and the time/calories/programs were not showing up. Not to mention there was a large fan that was placed in front of our room in the evening that was making a loud distracting noise. The breakfast was ok. No fruit and very few items were left by the time we arrived. On a lighter note, there were plenty of amenities in our room and it was a comfortable stay. Plenty of parking available as well.

The worst night ever

The guest were loud running through the hallway I was unable to get rest and once they settled down in the hallway I was awakened by shouting outside of window which went on for a while it was just a bit too much for me.

The checkin process was quick and easy. Unfortunately the first room i was put into had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The receptionist was amazing and mortified, she quickly got me into a new clean room. The rest of our stay was quiet and peaceful.

We felt like we were unwanted when we walked in to the hotel. All we could smell was cigarette smoke and weed. The rooms were not great to sleep in, then sheets had stains on them from other gust. Would not recommend to anyone to stay there.

1st day stay bathroom light is broken; phone is not working, no room service. I need to go to the front desk if I need service. 2nd day stay nobody taking out trash or fix the bed or clean the room or replace towels. The room was putting high heat during we were out. Somehow they forgot to turnoff once warm up the room. When I got back to the room, the temperature is so hot. I shut off the heater and open the door to cool down the temperature in snowing night. King size bed is pretty comfort; sheets and pillows fabric are soft. Room is good space. Breakfast is average, but nice to provide.

As good as it gets for the location

The staff was extremely helpful and kind however the area may be the reason the stay was not satisfactory. The police were there for guests fighting and then we were woken up extremely early due to someone smoking in their room and setting the smoke alarm off hotel wide, we then all had to go out into the cold and into our cars. The carpet was pretty dirty in one half of the room. One side of the room seemed dated the other updated. They didn’t offer many concessions to purchase and they don’t make enough breakfast. The pool water was also very murky.

Cheap and Serviceable

Check in was smooth. No issues. Location was ideal for us. The room had issues with cleanliness. Water damage in areas of ceiling, also noted in breakfast area. There was a large sticky spot on the carpet by the door. I have no idea what it was. There was something on the baseboard in the entryway that was dirty, but not stained, leading me to believe it was an issue with the rooms cleaning, not age or condition. There were multiple strands of long black hairs in one of the comforter. The toilet clogged with normal use. Went to ask for a plunger and it did not help. Tried to take the grandkids to the pool, but there was obviously a group of people having a party for multiple pre teens, even though the signage said parties were not allowed. My grandkids could not use the pool as they were loud and boisterous, and every time they tried to get in the group spread out in the pool taking up space so they could not. We just left. The beds were comfortable and we slept ok until cops came for someone in our hall. The breakfast bar in the morning had good variety. The waffle maker was rigged and you had to hold it up while the timer ran. While we were eating the fire alarms went off and workers were running around while more and miss people gathered in the breakfast area but at no time did anyone let us know what was going on. After several minutes the alarms stopped. Several minutes after that we dispersed. If you need a cheap, basic place to stay, it's OK. I wouldn't take my famil
