The heater didn’t work very well an the cabinet for the refrigerator wouldn’t stay shut the latch was broken an the refrigerator didn’t fit in it very well hard to open it an was on high but not very cold. The phone in the room didn’t work,There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Other then that it was nice beds were comfortable enough pillows warm blankets room was clean enough towels

I did not appreciate the state of our room. One of the beds was broken and creaked every time you moved. The bathroom light didn't work properly. One of the lamps in our room flickered, and the only way to solve the problem was to unscrew the lightbulb. For over $100 dollars for a single night, I would expect these things to be in working condition.

The hotel was very dated old furniture. The room was very dusty as if some of the rooms may not be being used. So it was not fresh and smell or totality. The room was decent, but it was not cleaned and up-to-date.

First time i stay in a room with no microwave or frig. All the coffee and condiments were shared with the bathroom area, which in my mind is unsanitary. Also, walls are a little bit hollow, I was able to hear my neighbors late night activity.

I just feel like since Covid everyone was very conscious of germs and the spreading of germs etc.... and now the concern has just gone away?! Definitely needs some deep cleaning and updates, but not horrible conditions. Staff was friendly and breakfast was decent. Overall... I would choose a different place if i could do it all over.

Good Recommendation, Excellent Service

The service was excellent! The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The complimentary breakfast was excellent too. Our room could have used an update and seemed a little worn and the beds were not comfortable for some family members but others thought it was comfortable. Some areas of the room needed a deep clean like around the drapes and thermostat but general areas of bed and bathroom were very clean. Overall it was a nice place to stay and we would stay there again.
