Property was clean, but has very tired/unappealing furniture. Kitchen set up was nice to have, but we had to ask for a non-stick pan that wasn't damaged/was safe to use. Two out of three staff were helpful and seemed interested in our needs. With a few upgrades, could be a nice hotel. As it was, we'll probably stay elsewhere next time.

My stay was very pleasant, the staff was friendly and accommodating. When I checked in I was informed parking would be $5 a day, but if I signed up for a membership I wouldn’t be charged the $5 I don’t see that charge listed on the web page. Thank you Carol

The staff was super friendly absolutely loved them, but the room was not clean. There was popcorn kernels and other snack debris along the bed frame and underneath the recliner on the recliner frame. Did not find the room to be clean.

The staff in the office is amazing. They handled every issue that I had with wisdom and grace - from not being able to find my driver's license when checking in at 4:00 a.m. due to a late connecting flight, to scanning and emailing sensitive items for me. They deserve a raise.

Had stayed at one of these hotels in Southfield Mi a few weeks ago and it was terrible, too many bad things to even write about so I was leery about coming to this hotel because of my bad experience previously at their sister hotel, but I read the reviews and they were very good so I figured I’d give them a try and boy was I impressed and excited about the difference in hotels, the stay here was wonderful, rooms were clean and quiet and the staff was wonderful, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

It was worth it for us, would come back 😊

The staff was awesome and helpful. For the price point it was very nice. The kitchenette cabinets were nice looking, dishwasher was clean, they had decent dishes and cookware, fridge was clean, bathroom was clean and nice with the hotel brand soap and lotion attached to the wall/mirror and body wash shampoo and conditioner fastened to the shower wall, fresh towels, well-made and very comfortable bed, nice desk and chair, didn't look tattered. Also, kitchen had dish soap and powder for the dishwasher, kitchen towels to dry and wash as well, and a small two eye countertop stove that was clean and worked. I came to visit family for my daughter's 16th birthday and they made sure we were comfortable which included correcting to the best of their ability a situation with guests who smoked (we have breathing issues not to mention it's supposed to be smoke free). They made me happy to be there. The previous year I had to stay at a place where the sheets were always damp for some reason and had to be pulled back to dry for sleep and that room at a diff hotel chain made my CPAP stink and I couldn't use it for two weeks to a month after that................... This place made me forget about that nightmare. Thank you to the staff for making our visit one we DID NOT regret.
