Thermostat in room was stuck on heat. We requested maintenance and they did stop by when we were out. When we returned that night, their solution was to open the window and let the 32 degree Michigan winter cool the room. No one ever followed up with us and we slept pretty poorly. Also, the wifi was intermittent.
