Great staff and very clean

The room and facilities are very clean and well maintained. The mattress wasn’t very comfortable nor were the pillows. I love coming here- the staff are great and eager to help. They could use more choices in restaurants especially for breakfast.

The hotel is acceptable, with average rooms that could benefit from some cleaning, especially around the baseboards and in the corners where there is noticeable dust and dirt. The water pressure in the shower is quite harsh. I choose to stay here primarily because of its proximity to the college, and I appreciate the entertainment options in the casino area. However, I wish the pool were open, as it has been closed for over 2-3 years.

Upon entering our room a strong odor of plastic was in the air. We turned the HVAC unit on once we left to gamble hoping the air would clear out, which it didn't. Everything else with the room was great.
