The rooms are really old and outdated, in desperate need of a remodel/renovation from the 1950s. The walls are so thin you can hear conversations from the people beside you. The doors were not locking and they had to keep resetting the computers. And my friend found a bedbug in her room and they acted like it wasn’t a big deal, moved her to another room down the hall and refunded that one night. It was an overall bad experience considering it was my first time staying there and I always thought it was an upscale hotel.

Hotel should really consider reinstating or instating an all day buffet. In the morning to include breakfast items, lunch/dinner change over. If it is done well, you will get more people to come in just for the buffet, who will then probably take advantage of your playing options. This is in addition to the people already either staying or playing.

I had two rooms during my stay and the floors of the bathroom were muddy. There was paper on the floor in the elevator and front area that remained for days. The towels were rough. The front desk staff were great, maids not so friendly.

Room was overall clean but you could tell that one of the towels was used and smelled like someone wiped fried Chicken on it There were some chip crumbs on the floor in front of the refrigerator As an overall review if you are passing through here this is not a bad place to stay the beds are a little hard but it's quiet it's pretty comfortable and the casinos nice. The staff were absolutely excellent
