All the staff at the front desk were lovely. Super kind at check in, and we arrived early hours of the morning but felt looked after. The gentleman behind the bar was very nice too and so polite and sweet. Room was clean and comfortable and there’s a cute sheltered little pool on the roof. We got a late check out which was very kind and again the staff on the desk when we were departing were very kind!

Twin room was small but well presented and clean. Room was made up each day with fresh towels in the bathroom. Hotel was quiet, small rooftop swimming pool with adequate sunbeds and chairs. Excellent buffet breakfast with plenty of hot and cold choices. Excellent location 15 min walk to Mall of the Emirates, 5 min walk to Dubai Metro Station number 33 Insurance Market. Our second nights stay saw the start of the US-Iran conflict. The staff at the hotel were marvelous, special thanks to Joanna for sorting out our extended stay, even telephoning the room directly with information on repatriation flights. Excellent budget hotel, would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.*****
