Great location, 5 min walk from terminal 2. The reception staff are efficient and friendly, the restaurant is very good for an evening meal. The bar area is not so good, could do with an upgrade. The bedroom and bathroom were clean but also could do with some upgrade. There is a local pub 5 minutes walk from the hotel with a great atmosphere and also good for dinner

At check in, we were told that the sytem was down and unable to check us in. When asked how long it would be and the lady at the desk said she was not sure how long and go and sit down and will let us know when we can. We sat there for about 10 minutes, I thought that they didn't even asked if we wanted anything, coffee or tea as a complimentary offer. Also, in room 430, the pod coffeemaker leaked water as soon as you put the water tank in the back.

Room was good and very close to the airport. Waited way over 20 min in the cold for the shuttle from the airport. Restaurant service could be better. One food and drink was not served till the manager came round after a long time and enquired . Regardless it is a good airport hotel to stay at for a layover .
