Greeting from staff was very warm and welcoming, and I was escorted to my room which was a nice touch. The room itself was very clean, with a nice lottle tea tray and lovely furnishings. The bed was very comfy and made for a good nights sleep. The amenities were great and a modern mirror in the bathroom with toich sensitive light was pretty cool! Overall a great stay had, thank you.

Very welcoming staff, always polite and friendly. Received a VIP drink voucher on arrival. I used this after gwtting unpacked, their bar is very nice area to relax. Room itself was great had all you needed. It was a little warm when i got in but turned down the thermostat and was a pleasant temperature shortly after.
