I requested a walk in shower and stopped by the hotel ealy in the morning to make sure we had the correct hotel. I showed the individual at the dek my confirmation letter which showed I reserved a walk in shower. I was told everything was correct but we couldn't check in until 3 PM which was fine. We came back around 5:30 PM and we were told we didn't have an accessible room. I aske why and was told it was Expedia's fault. I was thoroughly disappointed because I have severe mobility problems and was unable to get into the tub with no safety bars or hand-held shower head. I will never use Expedia again or stay at a Days Inn. Only good thing about this hotel was it was very clean. Otherwise I was totally disgusted and disappointed!
