The room was dirty. Dirty socks left in the closet, dryer sheets crumbs and a dog leash under the bed, pubic hair left in the jacuzzi tub, the lights flickered alot above the jacuzzi tub, there was absolutely zero toilet paper in the room whhen we checked in, and the shower curtain was too short, so when you used the shower, which was handicap accessible, the water would not stay in the shower area, and flooded the bathroom floor. The toilet also would not refill with water on its own, we had to remove the lid and manually lift the plug.
Before checking in i i quired about late checkout, and it was approved online for 1 pm. When we checked in, there was no record of it, and the front desk staff told us noon was the best she could do, without even checking her computer. The next morning, we had to pay and extra $25 for a 3pm checkout. It was a really disappointing part of a mini vacation.
