Very nice hotel. Super close to the train station, and within walking distance to shops, food and attractions. We were able to store our luggage on site, both before we checked in and after we checked out. That was super convenient and free. Very nice breakfast area with lots to choose from. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Triple room was very comfortable and roomy.

The noisy trams outside my room very early in the morning. An employee entered my room at 9:15am WITHOUT KNOCKING FIRST - an invasion of privacy (checkout is 12 noon) ! Bar staff often missing. Many patrons gave up waiting. Otherwise an excellent hotel - rooms spotlessly clean - a credit to the room attendants. Breakfasts great. Friendly, helpful reception staff.

I was pleasantly surprised by the very high level of service. All the staff were smiling and very kind. The room was clean and the bathroom was also clean. The single beds were quite narrow, but still comfortable enough. In winter the room was warm, and at night it was quiet. The breakfast was good. Overall, I had a nice stay

Wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. I even dropped my earrings without noticing, and they placed them safely on my bed for me. The room was spacious, towels and linens were changed daily, and the breakfast had great variety. Highly recommend!
