We were a party of 5 people and had booked 2 rooms. One room for 2 and the other for 3 people. For some reason they put the 3 people in the tiniest room and gave a children's bed to an adult. It was hilarious as he couldn't get his head and feet into the bed. The room for 2 people was huge! Literally twice the size of the other room so we had to get the room for 3 changed to a bigger room and get a proper size sofabed for the extra adult. Beware of this when booking a triple room as it doesn't give you a bigger room at all. Hotel is spotless and in a fabulous area close to the Ponte Vecchio. Hotel restaurant is lovely for an evening meal but the hotel breakfast was disgusting. The views from the rooftop are stunning. The pool is warm and there are plenty sunbeds on the terrace. Will return.

Kraft hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spotless and very elegant. The pictures online do not do the rooms justice. I think they need new pictures as the rooms are really lovely and the photos do not show this. Views from the rooftop are spectacular. Staff are lovely. The rooftop pool is heated to a lovely temperature, it really is lovely and warm. This alone was reason to book this hotel as I love a rooftop pool and there are plenty of sunbeds on the terrace and near the pool. Location was great, literally less than a 10 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. My only criticism would be the breakfast. The breakfast was not good at all. I couldn't eat anything at all & it was especially lacking in vegetarian/vegan food. I'm not vegetarian but I do not eat pork or cheese and there was little else there. I tried the beans buy they were a cheap brand and I found them inedible. The coffee however was very good. The restaurant in the evening was in fact wonderful. Nothing like breakfast. Food was delicious. I had the best creme brulee I've ever had here. We ate twice in the hotel at night because the weather was so awful, we had torrential rain and didn't have appropriate clothes to go out so we dined in the hotel and we were not disappointed. The views are so incredible from the rooftop and the bar area is trendy so it felt rather glamorous staying in the hotel in the evening. I wouldn't hesitate to return here.

+Lage ist top! Sehr ruhig aber schnell zu Fuss im Zentrum +Pool ist geheizt ;) +Sehr freundliches Personal -Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok aber vom Angebot her nicht überwältigend

Great location, 15min walk to centre of Florence.

Really enjoyed our stay in the hotel, great location. The pool was great after a long day sightseeing and great choice for breakfast. The staff were excellent, very helpful and advised and booked any tours required. Would stay here again if gowing to Florence again.

Sehr zentral gelegen.

Erreichbarkeit der Sehenswürdigkeiten optimal. Auch der Bahnhof ist in wenigen Min erreichbar. Abendessen im Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. SEHR STÖREND deutsche TV- Sender hatten nie Empfang. Personal sehr freundlich und sauber Zimmer

Ruhiges Hotel nahe am Arno und Zentrum

Herrliche Sicht schon am Morgen beim leckeren Frühstück im obersten Stock entweder innen oder auch auf der Terrasse Dort auch Den Abendhimmel und die Stadt mit einem trink genießen. Alles möglich. Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Pool sehr geflegt

Great location

Close to the historic centre. Lovely roof terrace, for breakfast and evening drinks. Pool perfect after a days sightseeing, but needs more sun beds. Good value.

Celebrating my 60th with girlfriends

This hotel made us feel really welcome, the staff were efficient and helpful. The morning of my birthday was made special by the 'maitre d' organising a chocolate mousse with a candle on it! Each breakfast he made sure we had a table for the 9 of us, and ensured we had pots of tea with cold milk! We had 20 discount on our first evening meal which was delicious, and we really appreciated only having to use the lift or walk down to our rooms at the end of the evening. The outside terrace and pool looked very inviting (too damp in January to sit out on) and we all said how nice it would be in the summer. The location was excellent-a short walk along the river to get to the Ponte Vecchio and Florence town centre. In all a lovely stay.
