Very nice location. 7 mins from tram stop and all major attractions are within 10 to 15 mins of walk. In addition in the middle of excellent restaurants and fantastic shopping.

AC didn’t cool as efficiently as we would have liked. My wife and son were in the room all day and the tv kept shutting off after 10 minutes. It was unsettling.

Great hotel for travelers… clean, close to the train, and close enough to everything without being in it. Front desk was accommodating and breakfast was was pretty good for the cost $12. I will definitely stay there again when visiting Florence

Great property walkable to duomo, shopping and restaurants. Be careful in area my husbands phone was stolen off restaurant table on street when a beggar showed a paper with words and took phone beneath so we did not notice. Vespa tour in Tuscany was super fun.

Nothing special. The pictures make the hotel appear much newer and more updated than in person. Our shower didn’t drain properly. We were traveling with friends. The water didn’t work in their shower or bathtub. If you don’t need to bathe, stay here. It’s s great location, close to many nice restaurants and just a short walk to Duomo.
