Great nights stay

The pool wasn’t functioning at the time which sucked but the room was super clean, the bed was the most comfortable out of all the hotels on my trip and the service was wonderful.

I am so sorry but noooooo! People are amazingly sweet but my bed was so hard my back hurt! My husband said the same! We left a day early! Not my cup of tea. Dirty doors. Need paint job, pool under construction. Just not good. No where to congregate with family just empty space downstairs! A waste!!

Everyone was so kind and helpful. Dorothy always greeted us with a hello and asked if we needed anything. We enjoyed the delicious waffles each morning.

Check in fine, bathroom fan as noisy as a baseball card in a bike, sink did not drip, it had a steady stream coming from it and yet it still managed to make noise so I put a face cloth under it to stop the sound. When I got up 6 hours later it was dirty, not stained, it was like it was washed in dirty water, and someone used to wipe themselves after dropping a deuce. Everything else was acceptable. two stories, no elevator just in case you need one.

Staff is great. Room 203 needs to be remodeled. I have stayed in this room multiple times now and there has been a stacked piece of soap sitting on the top of the shower (back wall) since before Thanksgiving. Water is brown when first started in tub and shower leaks and sprays the floor. PTAC unit makes bad sound during night.

I was surprised by the difference in the condition of property verses the pictures. Stay was p effect for what we needed. Clean, friendly staff. The pool was inoperable and wasn’t advertised as such so that was a huge disappointment only because we met my son and daughter in law halfway to visit for a weekend and chose this place for the pool amenity. Dining is limited but twenty minutes east in Forest City is a nice variety of activities and good options. The hotel as a whole is a little dated on the outside but again surprisingly clean. The friendly staff was the highest point for myself nd my family.
