I loved the location - very close to shopping centre and a mall, and transport (bus) to Sawgrass mills Staff were very friendly and accommodating! The room was fine, the floor near the kitchen side was a bit dirty but other than that the room was clean.

This is the worst hotel dirty tub is stained they offer housekeeping every two weeks .I didnt feel safe at all will never stay at this hotel even it's for free .Floor is very dirty and there is a homeless lady always standing in the hallway hotel is not safe .

They had a dozen of fans drying up some flood condition. No food but nutri bar for breakfast and coffee when they advertise breakfast. We had to go out to eat. No chairs around the pool to sit. Unbelieveably cheap room where you couldnt pull up the window treatment I ccould go on and on but nobody cares. I definitely would say"STAY a WAY.

Byfar the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The first room i was leaking water in the bathroom and had a bad odor. Front dest staff was helpful changed the room however the second room was better but still not great. The hotel itself was sketchy. Looked like prostitutes selling sex there.
