No easy electrical outlets. Coffee maker could only be usefdin bathroom sitting ont toilet tank. Bedlinen was insufficent for temp.and there is no heat available. Staff was always a chire to find. Was told there was a heated pool. Never did get clear directions to where it was . Bed was comfotable and veach was close 2m3 min.walk. Would u stay again. NO

The room was spartan, two beds a closet and a TV. Super basic. It was recently painted and smelled like paint and another unknown chemical. My wife and I just could not stay there. Although it had basic amenities it was in the below basic category. We checked out and took at least 3 additional reservations with us. The pics on the website did not match the room we got. Much respect to the front desk for not giving us a headache with checking out of the property. We were offered another room but had no stomach for it. I still can't get used to having no one at the front desk. I had to wait several minutes at the front desk area for someone to arrive via scooter. Parking is limited to whatever they have on the sides of the building and public parking in front of the building.

The location is nice and the place has potential. The bed is comfortable and room/service and area are clean and up to standard. My stay was marred by: Neighbors on the balcony outside my room all night smoking cigarettes and talking loud. It's not the hotel's fault its guests are rude, but there should be no smoking in the common areas like the balcony outside my room so when I open my door my room stinks of smoke. For this reason alone, I will never return to your property. On top of that, the shower is outdated and it's almost impossible to get the water temperature correct. The WiFi doesn't work at all well. I had to go out on the street to check in for my flight yesterday. I couldn’t send my family pictures or use video call from the room either. That's an embarrassment to your establishment in this day and age. It's a small thing but I couldn't sign in to my Disney account on the room's tv so I couldn't watch nfl playoff games on the weekend or the hockey game I would have watched if I could have logged on. The tv said that Disney on that device was unavailable because of “suspicious activity" from an account that used it in that room. All in all, your place has a lot of potential, but the stark room with its dated fittings and subpar electronics, when coupled with the unavoidable intrusion of rude neighbor guests chain smoking outside my door ruined this spot forever for me.

The staff are great, especially Maila. However, the room is far too small. There is no space to move around and no place to sit other than the bed. The TV was not working, and there was no electricity in more than half of the unit. Additionally, the hot tub looked dirty.

Beware!!! The pictures are very disieving! When we arrived at the hotel the clerk went to check on our room to see if it was ready with a rag a can of air freshener, she came back & took me up to see it before we completely checked in - it was DISGUSTING!! The couch was filthy with stains all over. The air freshener smell about chocked me! There was NO way I was staying there! She took me to another room & said it was much nicer & had granite countertops, went in that room & still - I could not stay there . She said they were sold out & would try one of their other properties- after being on the phone back & forth with the manager - nothing! I asked if I could just please cancel , there was no way I would sleep in those rooms. I called Expedia and after being on the phone for 30 min they said they would refund me but had to contact the hotel to make sure they don’t charge me - the hotel refused to cancel & then took me to another room ( remember they were sold out) it was very very tiny - no kitchenette but it had newer flooring & was a bit updated . I said fine , went back to check in where they were having issues on the computer because of moving me. The manager came down - her & the clerk checking me in her pretty nasty to each other - After an hour and 45 min we got to our room . We had large suitcases they were heavy that we had to lug up all the stairs. The bed was hard as a rock !! Terrible experience! I see why they take the guests to the room before checking them i

Hot tub was fantastic! The heated pool was great. The room could have been cleaned at least once during our week stay. Unfortunately with beach sand and swimming pool water the floor was filthy. Did not have face cloths or hand towels available for everyone. Luckily bath towels were. Pool towels were not available each day. No kitchen towels or paper towels available. I was told to use a face cloth which were already insufficient. The staff was always polite, friendly and as helpful as they could be considering the towels shortages.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and went above & beyond. The room was very clean and had all the basic amenities. The location was great with beach access a few minutes' walk away. We wish we were in the area longer.

This is an older property in a classic sense. But it fit my needs perfectly. I was walking distance to a conference hotel that was double the price. A nice easy walk to restaurants and the beach. Clean room, clean sheets, hot shower was all I needed and they hit it out the park. If you need conceirge and other hotel like ammenities this is not for you. If your self sufficient this is a great spot.
