We found a couple bugs in the bathroom. The TV was broke the first few days but they replaced all boxes and they were fine after that. The pool and hot tub were nice but the first few days the heater was broke. When they fixed it, it was beautiful. The breakfasts were great and very nice dining area. I would stay there again. The staff was always very helpful.

We had a cockroach in our room and tv didn’t work both nights we were staying. I called front desk about tv they said to hold why they could find someone to help. I was on hold for 15 minutes and then they hung up.

Staff were all friendly and pleasant. However, twice in 12 hours we found our TV not working and the first time, in evening, there was one person on staff in entire hotel and it took him well over an hour to come and fix the problem,which he knew about. The next morning, it happened again and no one answered my request, later telling me she went to the wrong room. Unacceptable.

The lobby, breakfast area and pool were very nice. Our room was decent but there were two dead cockroaches on the floor that I noticed in the morning. We live in FL and are used to seeing cockroaches (palm meadow bugs) so wasn’t really too concerned).
