We booked here to be close to Sanibel Island & the Causeway to get there - We were very pleased - easy access, loved being on the 1st floor & park close. The pool area was really nice & the Hot Tub Wonderful

Phone didn’t work, bathtub drain plug was stuck and wouldn’t drain. Only 1 elevator worked. Only one ice machine worked. Location was close to the Sanibel Bridge so that was good.

Rooms are dated. Carpet needs to be replaced. Musty smell but there was a free standing humidifier in the room. Rooms are dark. Need better or more lighting. TV stations were old cable shows. Not local or network stations. Breakfast had variety of choices and seating area pleasant by the pool. Overpriced !

The pool and breakfast were nice. But, the room was musty and dingy. I also suspect fleas or bedbugs because we woke up covered in bug bites in the middle of the night.

The property was well maintained, the pool area was nice. The chairs near the pool need to be updated, as most were ripped and uncomfortable. The breakfast had nice options. Parking was super easy and convenient. There is a gas station next door. The beach is super close and an easy drive. The room was clean, however there was a musty smell throughout the stay. It wasn’t unbearable. We would definitely stay here again for the price.

Could be better

To start the hotel could user some upgrades paint. Bigger tv in the room better breakfast choices. The staff were nice. The checking guy gave us a room that was not clean the prior guess tip was even in the room. The pool hours closed at 8 pm.
