Koe unelmiesi loma yhdellä maailman kauneimmista rannoista, joissa on sokerista valkoista hiekkaa ja smaragdivesiä. Uusi, hyväpalkkainen kolmannen kerroksen asunto-osake sijaitsee suoraan rannalla, upeilla Persianlahden näkymät Living, Dining, Keittiö alueilla ja sekä Master King Suites. Tämä huoneisto on tilava pohjaratkaisu, joka on laatoitettu koko. Ei likainen matto!
Meidän asunto sijaitsee uudessa Premier Waterscape Resort; tunnettu sen rehevä puutarha ja altaat. Vain keinona suoraan rannalla alueella nämä mukavuudet tarjotaan. Sisällä valtava pihalla trooppinen keidas ja altaat odottavat sinua. Voit nauttia 2 porrastettu altaan erotettu 10 "vesiputous. Alempi altaan reunalla on suuri nolla merkintä allas spray leluja ja lumpeenlehdet. Float alas pitkä Lazy River resort putkiin. Yläkerroksessa sisältää kausiluonteisesti lämmitetty uima-allas. Tilava ruokailu kuuluu iso pöytä Välimeren tyyliin kaappi tallennusratkaisun.

Asuinalue ulkopuolella sisältää samat deluxe sisustus suuri öljymaalaus ja 46 "Vizio taulu (kaapeli saatavilla) ja DVD. Wifi on koko huoneisto. Seinän ikkunat ja ovet johto oleskelutila ja oma parveke patio.

Meidän huoneisto on 2 Master kuningas Suites (w / täysi kylpyjä). Molemmat kuningas sviittiä sekä oleskelutilat
on ovet parveke. Näkymät lahdelle ja Okaloosa Fishing Pier ovat upeat!
King Master Suite jäljellä Olohuone sisältää 38 "taulu (kaapeli) w DVD, ahdistuneita kalkittu Välimeren paletti kalusteet ja lattiasta kattoon lasiovet johtavat parveke. Bath on kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus, erillinen iso suihku, ja iso soaker amme. Master K Suite oikealla Olohuone on toinen taulu, 32 ', seinälle, (kaapeli) w DVD, ahdistuneita huonekalut ja lattiasta kattoon lasiovi johtaa parvekkeelle, Attached kylpy sisältää erillinen suuri suljettu suihku, ja iso soaker amme.

Puolet kylpy on lähellä kerrossänky huone, jossa lipasto, peili, ja seinälle TV DVD-soittimella.

The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was fantastic. The washer was not working; however, we were told about that prior to arrival and options were provided. The property as a whole was nice. It was close to a few great restaurants within walking distance. Overall, it was a nice place.

Great beach view, condo was well equipped and just as described. There were a LOT of families with children, so just a heads up if this is not your vibe. The pool/hottubs were so full of kids we chose to stay away but it was definitely a great property. Beach/restaurants/entertainment were steps away!

Accessibility to pool and beach were great. Host had a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and other accessories on deck were a fantastic addition. After we figured out the parking situation it was all good and convenient. Short drive to grocery and liquor store which was great. Very nice unit.

Beautiful view and it had everything we needed for the stay. So thoughtful that there is a wagon on the balcony and beach toys to use during your stay. My son loved the extra stuff even though we’d brought our own. I liked where the room was because it was right by the elevator! Some people might not like that, but I thought it was really convenient and I couldn’t hear it at all. We love Waterscape!

Great stay at a great location. The pools were awesome, best part of the stay for the kids. The location is also extremely convenient for everything from restaurants, to grocery stores, and activities. The only part we were that pleased with was the condo needs a very deep cleaning.

Very nice condo. Nice location. King bedroom on left side of condo going in could use new mattress, not very comfortable and every time you roll over it squeaks. Door out to balcony in other king room wouldn’t lock- contacted housekeeper and she explained how to lock it. Might post that info on notes or near the door so others would know. Overall, good stay and would recommend it.

Wonderful vacation rental!

We enjoyed our stay at Waterscape 305A very much. This resort was very family oriented. Perfect place for family and kids! Our condo was great! Very comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen and baths had everything we needed when we arrived. The unit was clean and fresh.The bed was so comfortable. It had a very nice memory foam mattress that is similar to my mattress at home. I slept well! The condo is on the side of the building away from the pool and was very quite. I liked parking on the 3rd level in the parking garage and walking straight to our unit. The hall is long but no need for an elevator.There is a good view of the gulf and pier. The view is better than most on the side of the building but you will also see the side of the hotel next door. We used the elevators to go to the pool and beach and had no problems with wait times. The pools are fantastic for all ages. I have to say that the best part of this rental experience was the owner. She made us feel very welcome and appreciated. The owner stayed in contact with me from the beginning. She was always available for any thing we needed. We appreciated her recommendations for delicious seafood restaurants and things to do in the area. She was great at making sure we had all the codes and building information we needed. BEST owner and I would love to rent from her again!

Enjoyed our stay and the location is great. Kitchen was well stocked. The views are great from the balcony. Only issue was cleanliness - I Sent photos to owner re cleanliness and she said she was going to have it deep cleaned.

Great property, and location. Overall communication was great. We had 1 issue with the key pad not working and once we got ahold of Barbara she solved the issue for us quickly. We will definitely be back!

Everything we wanted and more!

The Waterscape A305 condo is amazing and surpassed expectations. The condo had everything we needed and items we didn't even know we needed but took advantage of and enjoyed! Communication with the owner was the best I've ever experienced with a rental property. Barbara was available when we texted or called and communicated necessary information early and often. We would definitely stay again and are now interested in checking Barbara's Gatlinburg property as well!

Great- Clean- Conveniently Located Condo

We had a great stay in A305! Barbara was very helpful leading up to our trip and was quick to answer any questions for us. Check in was easy- print out the sheet she gives you, or save it in your notes section in your phone so you have the codes accessible. The property was very clean. The bathrooms/showers could fit a whole family in there and the water pressure/temp was on point! The mattress in the master room does need some help. Clean condo, beautiful view from the side looking directly out to the ocean and pier. The condo is fully equipped and Barbara went ABOVE and BEYOND to get us a high chair for our stay, and had all the other amenities that you could need. Their attention to detail on your starter pack for laundry, and household items was great!. We would love to attend this property again during high season. OUT OF OWNERS CONTROL: they are doing lots of maintenance on the property so, for 1.5 days the heated pool was inaccessible, and the main pool is completely shut down for remodeling at this time. They also were re doing the building wifi so that was spotty as we were trying to work. They were Upgrading of the fire alarm system for two days and the alarms were constantly going off. OTHER THAN THAT- the property is AMAZING,and in the warmer weather would be great for families or couples who want to get away. We love this area and Waterscape was so easily accessible to everything from restaurants, to activities etc. We will definitely stay again

Beautiful! This was our second visit here because we loved it so much last year. This place is always clean, nicely decorated, and quiet, with fantastic amenities and spectacular views. The pools and hot tubs are great, and there is private access to the beach, which is also very well maintained. The staff are also friendly, courteous, and very helpful, making sure that we have an enjoyable experience. This is definitely one of our favorite condos. Thank you for a very special family vacation. We will definitely be back next year!

Beautiful Resort, Great Location, but Some Room for Improvement

Our family recently stayed at Waterscape Resort in this unit for our first visit to Destin, and overall, we had a wonderful experience! The resort itself is beautiful, situated right on the beach with soft white sand and clear, clean water. The pools were also fantastic—offering both heated and non-heated options, two spacious hot tubs, a splash pad, and even a covered animal crawl-climb area for kids. Getting to the resort was easy, and Barbara’s check-in instructions made everything smooth and stress-free.Upon entering the condo, we noticed it was well laid out and inviting, but the furniture didn’t match the photos on the listing. While the pictures showed a set of couches, there was only a single couch and three chairs in the unit, which meant we were unable to all sit together at the same time. We made it work, but it’s worth updating the photos for future guests’ expectations.The bedrooms were spacious with king beds. The mattresses were okay—though the one in the main bedroom had an odd side that felt like you might roll off. It’s not the owner’s fault, but the cleanliness could use improvement. The floors had sand, and walking barefoot quickly dirtied our feet. We also found some dishes with food stuck to them. While the condo is clearly stocked with everything you might need, a bit more TLC and perhaps a new housekeeping service would go a long way. Despite these minor issues, we felt comfortable and relaxed. Overall we had an enjoyable time. Thank you
