Kuvankaunis maalaistalo

Ihastuttava maalaistalo luonnonkauniilla kukkulan rinteellä Texasin viinimaassa. Viehättävä, tilava ja hyvin varusteltu, tämä talo on ihanteellinen rentoutumiseen perhelomailuun ja viihdyttäville vieraille päivän jälkeen nautittaessa Fredericksburgin monista nähtävyyksistä. Rentoudu ulkona takapihalla, jossa on paloaukko, grilli ja kylpytynnyri, josta on näkymät kauniille, tähtitaivaalle. Talossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta kylpyhuoneella, kaksi olohuonetta, joissa iso televisio, moderni keittiö huippuluokan laitteilla. Our family thoroughly enjoyed stating at this beautiful property. It was well set up in an the area is very serene. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The bedrooms were set up perfectly for each family member. Homeowners were very responsive if we had any questions. Donkey's and Lorenzo the Llama were welcoming guests at the front door most mornings. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quiet place to stay, see wildlife and view beautiful stars on a clear night! Our only suggestions would be to have kitchen trash bags available if you have multiple guests staying longer than a couple of days. Also non slip bath mats available for the showers would be great. The floor gets quite slippery when wet.

We were a large group of 11adults and we had a great stay. Loved that it was outside of town. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment for large groups. The outside space is amazing. We utilized every part of the property and the animals were a big hit. Master bedroom bed was very comfy.

We stayed at the Farmhouse over the July 4th weekend 2025 to celebrate my husband's birthday. Unfortunately, it was the weekend of the flood in the hill country so a lot of the local things we had planned to do we could not do because of the heavy rains. We could not have been at a better place to be rained in!! The covered patio area was perfect even with the rain and the house could not have been more perfect. The kids loved that the Llama and donkeys came right up to the door and had all kinds of fun feeding and loving on them. My entire family loved this place and everything about it. We hope to go back!

Great for Family Gathering

The property was great and we loved everything about it. The outside space was the perfect spot for quiet coffee in the morning and the group hanging out in the afternoon and evening. The house comfortably accommodated our group of 11. And I’d book again just for the animals!! The host was very responsive for one issue we had.

Wedding weekend

Everything was great other than a couple of things. Ceiling fan made periodic noise in master bedroom. While trying to keep the first floor warm the second floor got too warm. Dual zones would help. My sister and brother in law said the bed they slept in sagged in the middle. Everything else was excellent.

Beautiful location, wonderful place to spend Christmas

It was a beautiful place with stunning views of Hill Country, 20 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg which is adorable at Christmastime, and lots to do on the property. It was clean, comfortable and homey…nice but not so nice that we were afraid of bringing the kids. The fire pit was great, there were yard games and a beautiful swing facing the views and a wonderful large dining table on the patio. The kitchen was well stocked and having laundry onsite was helpful. There is nice separation between the bedrooms and two primary suites with nice bathrooms. The hosts were lovely, and the donkeys and llama were hilarious. Highly recommend.

Just Little Piece of Heaven

Amazing views and who does not love morning hello's from 2 cute donkeys and a llama. The property owners were just amazing and so sweet, helped us out getting a surprise cake there since we were arriving late. The house was all lit up for our arrival and plenty of dishes and goodies to cook with. We had a group of 8 and had plenty of space. Just a little off the beaten path but well worth the drive!

Perfect family house for a wine get-away

This property is at the top of a hill with great views of a beautiful ranch. There was plenty room for 10 family and friends with large kitchen, dining and outdoor dining space. We spent most of our time on the back porch or around the fire pit. This place is great, would highly recommend.

Girl’s Weekend

Beautiful views! Wonderful outdoor area to enjoy the sunrise in the morning. Loved drinking coffee in the mornings and wine at night around the firepit! The house had plenty of space for the 9 of us. The beds were so comfortable and everyone slept sooo well. Everyone was very happy with the beds. Beautiful setting. Latte, Espresso and Lorenzo were adorable and so friendly. Be aware this is a property very far out and wildlife everywhere! Driving at night can be stressful and somewhat long to get there as you need to drive slow and careful. We would definitely stay again as it’s absolutely beautiful and perfect for our group.

An amazing stay

We asked for a beautiful get away for our girls weekend and we most definitely got it here at the farmhouse! The breathtaking views is worth every penny and not to mention the sweet sweet animals we got to love on and feed while we were here! It was amazing to be able to walk right outside and have donkeys and a llama greeting you. I think that was our favorite part! Oreo was also so sweet. The host were incredible and very accommodating to our needs. We are already planning our next trip back!

Quick get away

We had 5 couples that stayed at the house. We loved the house it was exactly what we were looking for. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you will need and then some. The animals coming to visit in the mornings. They for sure know the sounds of the treat bag. LOL Communication with host was great and very responsive with any questions we had. Highly recommend the house to large group.

Great place for our friends to celebrate my 50th bday. Plenty of space and a great kitchen to prepare meals. The donkeys and llama were a huge hit and everyone loved to feed them. Spacious back yard area to share a meal, hang out, and look at the amazing view.

Perfect location, perfect house!

Thank you for giving us an incredible home base for exploring Texas Hill Country! We loved all the spaces for gathering, inside and out. Renting both the "main house" and the Casita for my parents gave them plenty of privacy, which was wonderful. We adored petting and feeding Espresso, Latte, Lorenzo, and even Miss Cookie the cow! For the bird watchers among us, it was a thrill to watch a crested cara cara fly right over the house as we sat on the comfy couch on the patio! We enjoyed the hot tub nearly every night, and felt cozy and safe inside the one stormy night. The stargazing was spectacular, and the eclipse! Watching the April 8 total solar eclipse from the hill behind the house gave us nearly 360 degree views of that amazing, breathtaking event. Thank you, Gianna, for being so responsive and thoughtful before and throughout our stay! It was very hard to leave your lovely home and those spectacular views. We hope to return someday soon!
