Love this hotel. Decent size room with many dining & shopping options. The best part is it is equipped with washing machine & Microwave oven. Will definitely recommend to my friends when they visit Fukuoka.

Nice rooms in a convenient location near the Tenjin Underground mall and subway. Lots of dining and shopping nearby. The customer service was fine, but not as wonderful as the other hotels I stayed at while in Japan. No coffee offered in rooms and the coffee machine in the lobby was not working. Also we were told we could get a cab to the airport early in the morning, but the day of found out that was not the case and had to hail a cab ourselves.

Convenient stay in a great location

We enjoyed our stay at Tokyu Stay especially cause each room has a washer/dryer in the room itself, which makes it convenient for travelers. We liked that the location was close enough to transit but also walking distance to so many shopping streets.

I like the location. It is not in the middle of everything but in between Nakatsu and Tenji. The hotel is a little dated. The hallway is a little dimmed with reddish brown carpet. A little creepy to me. Room is much brighter. Annoying that there are hairs on the bathroom floor. The breakfast is almost the same every morning with 4 hot items repeat every other day. The staff at breakfast are great. Hotel staff are great also.

Great place to stay. Pretty much in middle of everything just like Hakata with everything within a reasonable walking distance. Good service, clean rooms, also had a washer/dryer unit in the room. Would stay here again.
