Room had roaches and internet signal very bad. Affordable price is good, but you get what you pay for.. notify person on front desk, they did offer to move me to another room for told them to just clean the room..they remove th roaches but room was still not 100% clean

The room appeared clean but when you looked closely there was dust and dirt on things especially the air conditioner. It smelled musty and gross. The running water smelled disgusting (like a sewer smell). So much so that we didn't want to brush it teeth. The bed was comfortable enough.

Absolutely disgusting. Mold in the bathroom, bold around the tub, broken tiles in the bathroom and around the tub. Mold and staining around all the baseboards. They literally used a can of Febreze to try and mask the smell. They refused to refund our stay as we could not stay there due to our own health and safety. I have never experienced such a filthy location. The onsite manager in her house slippers was just argumentative and refused to make the situation right. They offered a different room and it had the same issues. Furthermore the giant H they advertise on their site is literally the same H which is used by Hilton Hotels. We have notified Hilton of this as well as i am sure Hilton Hotels is not appreciative of such practices.

The check in was fast and easy. The room cleanliness is below average as the bathtub look very old and not perfectly clean. I am also very disappointed with broken hair dryer and worst of all, the shampoo and body soap were terrible they look so cheap I’ve ever seen. The soap is old and dry, I couldn’t feel the foam or anything came out, the shampoo was in a cheap plastic like to go ketchup packet. I didn’t really expect these from a $150/night Inn & suite.
