Perched high above downtown Gatlinburg in the scenic Summit of Gatlinburg community, Smoky Mountain Dreaming offers unforgettable views from every window. From the sparkling lights of downtown Gatlinburg to the snow-dusted slopes and tubing runs of Ober Gatlinburg, and the majestic peaks of Mt. LeConte, the scenery is nothing short of spectacular—day or night.

This top-floor (3rd) condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests with three bedrooms: a primary with a queen bed, a second bedroom with twin beds, and a loft with another queen bed. Gather in the cozy living area, complete with a newly upgraded electric fireplace, and enjoy the excellent private Spectrum WiFi for streaming or staying connected.

From your windows and balcony, you can watch skiers carve down the slopes, see the tubing runs in action, and admire the glittering lights of Gatlinburg after sunset. Between the city and ski slopes, the stunning ridgelines of the Smoky Mountains complete your postcard-perfect view.

As a guest, you’ll enjoy access to The Summit’s amenities, including a newly remodeled indoor pool with two spas, a seasonal outdoor pool, playground, game room, coin-operated laundry, and charcoal grills with a picnic area—all just a short walk from your condo.

Reaching The Summit is easy with well-paved, well-maintained roads. From the condo you can head straight into downtown Gatlinburg or take the bypass to Pigeon Forge to skip the traffic. (Note: the drive is smooth but includes some curvy mountain roads.)

Please note: This is a top-floor unit with no elevator, which may be challenging for those with mobility concerns. Pets are not permitted per community rules.

We had a wonderful first trip to the Smoky Mountains and this condo was ideal for my family. It was great having two full baths. My teenage loved the loft bedroom with skylight. We absolutely loved being up in the mountains and it was just a short 10-15 minute ride down to Gatlinburg, 25-30 minutes to Pigeon Forge. Easy access to the national park via the bypass roads. The view is just spectacular. When my 14 year old was asked what her favorite part of our Smoky Mountain vacation was she said it was the view from our condo’s balcony. We didn’t miss a sunrise!

This condo was absolute amazing. The view was phenomenal. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pools were nice and not overcrowded. Angela is very accommodating and helpful. Ps. Keep your eyes out for a bear sighting. We had so much fun watching for them. We will be staying again.

Mountain View Oasis

This condo was immaculately clean. It had everything we needed for our family of 4. The views are as amazing as others have said. I will miss waking up every morning to that view. It felt very private despite being in a large condo complex. The drive up was a bit scary for us (we are from flatland Illinois), but as others have said, was worth it. We made a point of going up and down only once per day. Make sure you have a good car! The location was perfect in terms of getting to the national park, downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. DO NOT leave food in your car and please use the bear proof dumpsters. We saw bears eating food from the back of someone’s pick up truck. While we loved seeing them, please everyone remember to be responsible around the bears (and not feed them intentionally or unintentionally) when you go! LOVED this condo!

We stayed three nights. It was up a steep mountain so be prepared for a drive.. but the views are SO WORTH IT. Two decent size pools and hot tubs. Condo was clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable (we usually bring our own just incase but they were not needed) sheets were freshly laundered. Balcony was a bit small fits two comfortably. Beautiful overlook of mountains and downtown gatlinburg.

Mt. Leconte Hike

Wonderful Stay!

We were very happy with this condo. Everything looks brand new and is super clean. The condo was very spacious. There was plenty of room for my pre-teens to spread out. My daughter loved the lofted bedroom upstairs since it gave her a little nook of her own. The views from the condo are incredible. Just a note that the pool is very small (maybe 5 yards by 5 yards?). It's still a pool and we had a great stay! Highly recommend this condo.

Views are awesome!

Took my family for a weekend sledding (little kids) at ober. I didn’t realize the apartment actually overlooked the slopes but it was fun to watch skiers and sledder from the balcony and window. Also it only took 6 minutes to get over there from our apartment which was amazing! The house was very clean (I’m a stickler for this) and the necessaries were all available. Would stay here again!FYI- I Loved the drive up the mountain but it was very steep and very windy so not everyone would enjoy that part. We brought our 4wheel drive truck, which we didn’t need to use 4wheel, but it made me more comfortable with the drive.
